It’s only week two of my CSA share and I’m knee-deep in vegetables over here. So far I’ve made roasted onions/radishes/squash/potatoes, stir-fried cabbage, roasted whole garlic bulbs, and green bean casserole. Still need to do something with the sugar snap peas, red onions, cucumbers, and additional squash. I’m eating like six meals a day so nothing spoils!
